The free RPM Open for Business Program aims to support small businesses, nonprofits, and major attractions or entertainment venues affected by CTA’s Red and Purple Modernization (RPM) Phase One Project. Please note that this program supplements other CTA construction mitigation efforts.

Applying for the RPM Open for Business Program is easy. The process starts by certifying that your organization meets the eligibility requirements and by providing information for the business directory. After these steps, you can become a participant and receive ongoing information and updates. The Open for Business Program includes ongoing campaigns to increase the visibility of participants.
